Do Elephants Ever Forget Anything

Love the textured paper this was made with.  I stamped the elephant on silver cardstock, and the tree and elephants straight on the cardstock.  Due to the texture, I had to use a black sharpie to fill in a little on the large solid area of the tree.  The stamp set I used for this card is African Veldt.  LOVE THIS SET

I Hate Rats

This was created with Boo To You stamp set, cut out and pop dotted Frankenstien and the rats are Martha Stewart punches.  My grandkids love this card.  Hope you enjoy as well.

Autumn Days

This was made with two stamp sets, Country Thanksgiving (2011 set) and Thankful for You (2010 set).  I stamped the corner of the girl with the pumpkin and cut them out, popdotted the scarecrow and the ribbon with tag for Autumn Days.  Enjoy this beautiful weather we're all having.

Nancy Ruth

This is Nancy Ruth, she's on the senior design team for Marks Finest Papers.  That was a wonderful day in St. Augustine.

Remembering Claudia

A picture is all I have left of my best friend, well, along with thousands of wonderful memories and her cat which I inherited.  Spike (the cat) is now a huge (22 pound Maine Coon) part of our family and has settled in great, wow is she spoiled, or is it us that's spoiled.  Claudia loved that cat.  She's ours now and you'll be seeing photos of her on this site.  If you knew Claudia, you were blessed, if not, you missed out.  I miss her laugh and her outlook on life, she was a remarkable woman that passed away far before she should have.  Faith lets me share my memories of Claudia, and I'm so blessed to have had a friend like Claudia and blessed to have a friend like Faith.  CJ is missed !

Once in while you have to just say it

Last year when I went to Marks Finest Papers Stamp Camp I learned how to make these small flowers with a circle punch.  Use a large circle punch, start cutting it with a spiral, and then roll it with a skewer.  Its glued together with a small circle punch on the bottom, I have to hold it for a little while till the tight twirling stays in place, but I think its worth it.  You get a great look.  The saying is from the stamp set "Black Eyes Susan for Encouragement, thought the pink was great this month for breast cancer month.  Hope you enjoy.

What a good lookin' man!

This was done with a Sizzix punch, the background is done in versa mark and the saying are both using the  Boo to You halloween set.
